This week, Year 2 children learned a song called ‘’I wanna play in a band’’. They found out that it is a rock song written especially for children and teaching them all about singing and playing together in an ensemble. The children looked at the instruments used in rock bands and agreed that every rock band needs to have an electric guitar. They enjoyed playing an instrumental part and making actions to the song.
