Well done to Year 1 and 2 pupils who were super cyclists last week!
On Monday, Tuesday and Friday last week, 35 pupils from Year 1 and 2 classes had the opportunity to work with staff from Cycle Confident, Mrs Eubanks and Year 6 travel Team member to improve their skills.
'We learnt to brake properly, steer, look over our shoulders and take 1 hand off the handle bars, " said Zephan.
'We had a great time, teaching the children how to ride safely and sensibly, " reported Rosie & Abbie, active members of the Year 6 Travel Team.
Many pupils also learnt how to ride without stabilisers- what a great achievement!
