Reception are digging into reading

A big THANK YOU to all those parents who were able to attend our second reading morning and make it a success. The children absolutely loved having their grown-ups come to school with them and it was lovely to see some of them reading to the adults! It was also great to see the parents enjoying it as much as the children and helping to promote a love of reading.

ABRSM Piano Award
A big congratulation to Alexandrina Cojan in Greece class who passed her Grade1 Piano Exam before Easter. Alexandrina has been awarded a merit which is a fantastic achievement
as she only started the preparations for the exam six months ago.
We are very proud of her and we wish her every success in the future.

Biddy Clarke in Italy class -For completing work to a high standard at home

Reading Awards

Emilia Firszt receives a bookmark for reading 10 books

Melisa Guganesh, Aliyah Iginla, Jason Bajraktari, Jasmine Rami, Courtney Wingrove, Amelia Dang Nam, Joseph Wane have achieved a bronze reading award for reading 25 books.

Silver Reader awards go to Lucas Middleton, Taruni Vemulapati and Briana Grigore who have read 75 books. They each receive a silver certificate and a £5 book token for their efforts.
