Dear Parents and Carers,
As we come to the end of another fantastic half term, we want to take a moment to celebrate the many wonderful things that have taken place across the school.
Our Year 6 pupils have completed their SATs with focus and determination — we are incredibly proud of their hard work and resilience. Year 5 also enjoyed a brilliant Victorian Day, diving into the past with great enthusiasm and creativity. It was a joy to see them so engaged and excited about their learning.
The school discos were a huge success, with excellent attendance and a fantastic atmosphere. We’re pleased to share that the events also raised valuable funds for the school – thank you to everyone who supported us, and to Friends of Mead School for organising.
Across all year groups, children have worked hard and made us all proud with their efforts, attitude, and achievements.
We have an exciting term ahead, full of new learning opportunities, events, and experiences including our Sports Day and FOMS Summer Festival and our University of Mead. We look forward to welcoming everyone back after the half term break, refreshed and ready for the next chapter.
Wishing you all a restful and enjoyable break.
Kindest regards,
Ms A Holmes
Headteacher
